Probate

When someone close to us passes away, it can be a very confusing time to then have to act in settling affairs with regards to the real estate and personal estate left behind by the deceased person.

The responsibility can fall on the executor named in the Will of the deceased or it can fall on the next of kin if no Will was left in place. Regardless of whom the responsibility falls on our firm provides for such a situation where a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration is required from the Supreme Court to settle a deceased person's estate.

If you find yourself in a such a situation, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can obtain the Grant necessary for you and your family.
